Payment Guidelines

By using Ken OBC’s services, you are deemed to have acknowledged and consented to pay all the payable fees by utilizing payment methods offered by Ken OBC.
For supporting clients, Ken OBC is currently offering the following payment method:
1. Pay by Credit/Debit Card

For Credit Card, we accept the following types:

The payment process will be as below:
1.    You go to the   MAKE PAYMENT  and choose Credit/Debit Card.
2.    You will be asked to provide some information relating to your contact, your order and your card:
•    Contact information: Your name, your phone number, email and correspondence address.
-    Billing information: billing person’s name, address, country, ZIP code…
-    Credit/Debit Card information: Credit/Debit Card number, Expiry date, CVN (CVV for Visa or CVC for MasterCard) …
-    You may also be asked to provide the 3D secure code at the last advance of paying. It is a secret password (generally called static mystery key or OTP, One-Time-Password) sent to your registered phone number.
•    Order information:
-    Amount: In this field, please provide the total amount you have to pay, based on the invoice(s) we have already sent you.
-    Payment for: Depend on your order, please choose at least one option: Company Incorporation, Bank Account Assistance or Other Services.
-    Note: In this field, for reference, please provide the number of the invoice that you are paying for. In case of paying for more than one invoices, please provide all the invoice numbers and separate them with " / " with a space before and after.
3.   When your transaction is already processed successfully, you will see the confirmation page, which includes your Payment ID, contact information and order details. After your payment has been validated and accepted, you will also receive a confirmation email with similar information.
In case of transaction failure, you will see the decline page, which may be slightly different depending on the reason of the rejection. Please make payment again for transaction success.

Notes
-    Payment will be charged in US dollars.
-    The payment will show up as Services of Ken OBC on your Bank Statement.
-    Please save your Payment ID in case there is error with payment process.
-    For the compliance with our privacy policy and with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) for your transaction, you will only provide the information over secured connection TLS/SSL.
2. Pay by wire bank transfer
When transferring to our bank account, you will be asked for some information about our bank account.
Currently Ken OBC accepts wire bank transfer via the following accounts. Please choose one bank account and provide the account details precisely:

Besides, you may be asked for some other information:
-    Purpose of transfer: This field is mandatory to apply the funds.
-    Note: In this field, please provide the number of the invoice you are paying for. In case of paying for many invoices together, please provide all invoice numbers in full and separate them by " / " with a space before and after.
After finishing the transfer process, please send us an email via expert@kenoffshore.com including a clear picture or screenshot of the payment slip, which clearly shows our bank account information, your bank account information, the transferred amount and time of transferring.
Notes:
-    Depending on your bank, the transfer page may be slightly different.
-    Payment will be charged in US dollars.
-    Your payment has to include all bank charges, intermediary bank charges, agent fees, and all local and overseas relevant charges, if there any.
-    Please make sure that you fill in the correct information, especially the details of Ken OBC’s bank account. In case of you providing incorrect information, Ken OBC shall not hold any liabilities.
